"There was a green stream of energy that flows through this entire reality. It is green because it is natural and the forces of nature cannot be stopped. I was floating on this stream where everything I did felt light and easy. I was at peace yet still moving through life and achieving goals uninhibited. I cried aloud to God "what is this "- "how do I stay on this path?" wanting it to last even when I awoke... He replied "GENUINE EXPRESSION".  Authenticity, creativity, peace and happiness reside within this stream. To flow on the currents of GENUINE EXPRESSION resist falsity, resist negativity, and resist violence."
