Exchanges may not be available for select items due to limited supply. Any refund or exchange must be requested within 20 days of purchase.
Shipping Policy
Information is typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. If an order is placed after 10:00 AM (PST), it may be processed the next business day. Please note that processing and shipping times may extend during special collection launches, holidays, and peak seasons. Once checkout is complete, we cannot alter the shipping address or method selected.
Unfortunately, we cannot modify the shipping address or method after checkout. Once your order has shipped, we will email you with tracking information sent to the address provided. Customers should track their shipment once it ships.
Genuine Expression provides free standard ground shipping for orders over $100 within the contiguous United States, with delivery expected in 4-7 business days. For other orders, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your address and package weight. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be upgraded to air delivery automatically at checkout. Please note that we cannot combine separate orders into a single shipment, and we do ship to P.O. boxes.
